Two things have become clear after the year that was 2020: that ‘normal’ isn’t coming back, and that there aren’t solutions to problems but rather, progressions. Problems are signals that give help us find purpose and something to move towards. They help us help each other and show others it’s possible to move forward and change things despite the overwhelming metric sh**load of negativity that spirals from the news through social media and into our bloodstream. Good design is in service of the future…be that one minute or 50 years from now. By opening this small space in 2020 of all years, the goal is to help people move towards the future by doing the things I like to do.
The Bureau of Change is a studio, a design generator, a space to share positive ideas and information, a meeting place, and an ever evolving display of what’s possible. Come visit.
